CONDITIONS OF SALE
The sale of the products contained in the virtual catalogs on this site (hereinafter "Products") is governed by the following General Conditions of Sale formulated in compliance with the legislation on contracts concluded outside of commercial premises.
CONTRACTORS
The sales contract will be deemed to have been concluded between: Gassa d'Amante Milano SRL with registered office in via Mincio 3/4 Milano 20139, p.VAT 11528210963 – registration with R.ANDTO MI - 2609939, and Customer: the person (natural or legal person) who has sent an order through the site which has been accepted by Gassa d'Amante Milano SRLS. The application of any other contractual conditions is excluded, even if not expressly disclaimed by Gassa d'Amante Milano SRL.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SALE OF PRODUCTS
The service for the sale of Products activated on the Site includes registration, access to selections, choice of Products, online transmission of the purchase order and possible online acceptance of the purchase order. purchase.
Registration:

Acceptance of the purchase order and conclusion of the sales contract:

Gassa d'Amante Milano SRL, without prejudice to the provisions of the following paragraph, undertakes to process the Customer's order or to warn him of any problems, without delay and in any case no later than 15 days starting from the day following that in which the Customer placed the order. It is understood that the execution of the order is subject to the actual availability of the Products. In case of lack of availability of the Product and/or in case of non-acceptance of the order, Gassa d'Amante Milano SRL will promptly inform the Customer and refund the same if payment has already been made. In this case the Customer will not be entitled to any other compensation or compensation. Orders sent by individuals who have not reached the age of majority will not be accepted.
How to archive the sales contract:

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

PRICES AND CURRENCY

We accept Paypal payments from Verified accounts and reserves the right to ship the goods to the address indicated on the PayPal verified account.
