Shipping policy
ORDER FULFILLMENT
The Site records order requests from Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 6.00pm. All requests are handled during these times. The order is considered completed only after the payment of the order itself has been registered. Orders placed and processed cannot be modified, however, if the goods have not yet been shipped, a modification request can be made via email to the Customer Service which reserves the right to decide the matter independently. Gassa d'Amante Milano SRL reserves the right to refuse an order in the event that Paypal is unable to receive a verification from the Customer's bank. Gassa d'Amante Milano SRL reserves the right to refuse orders or refuse to provide services to anyone at any time.
SHIPPING
The Products that are available in the warehouse will, as a rule, be delivered in the shortest time possible and in any case, approximately:
- in Italy, within 6 working days of receiving payment.
- in EU states other than Italy and in other states, within 20 working days of receiving payment.
Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday during working hours, by specialized courier, with appropriate packaging to the recipient's address indicated by the Customer. The delivery terms indicated above refer to the products present in its warehouses and must be considered non-binding for Gassa d'Amante Milano SRL, which may subsequently confirm or modify them, depending on its needs. Upon receipt of the Products, the recipient must verify that the Products correspond, also in number, to the Products ordered, without prejudice to the fact that, in the event of discrepancies between the Products delivered and the Products ordered, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal. Transport costs will be calculated on the basis of the weight of the goods, or on the basis of the weight / volume ratio and on the basis of the place of delivery of the Products, according to agreements defined with the shipping agent in charge of delivery and clearly indicated to the Customer both on the occasion of purchase of the Products and in subsequent confirmation messages. Upon arrival of the goods, Customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before placing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. The packages are carefully packaged. If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with, Customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservations, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are asked to contact the shipping company immediately. Gassa d'Amante Milano SRL is not responsible for missing items or theft/damage to shipments or their contents if the package has been accepted without reservation. If for any reason the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package risks being returned to the sender. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer. Shipments are insured, this coverage lapses upon delivery.
